S+J traveled literally halfway around the world to get married. They journeyed for nearly 24 consecutive hours from Australia to Lake Louise, Canada, to have a beautiful and legal celebration of their genuine and tender love. And why Canada? Because of all the places they could have went, it’s the least like Australia!
Theirs was one of the most intimate weddings we have ever documented, with a total guest list of 9 (including the two of us photographing the day, and one baby). Surrounded by mountains and snow, overlooking a frozen Lake Louise, they exchanged the sweetest vows in front of their closest family. At the end of the night, with the temperatures dropping, everyone cuddled together for a twilight sleigh ride around Lake Louise, singing Australian road songs all the way to keep warm!
This is my favorite wedding to date. You two are unbelievable, I can sense and feel the emotions through the photos. What a beautiful couple, they are so in love :)
