Last week we were featured on two blogs. Dallas Wedding Planner is a resource for Dallas couples to find the best local wedding professionals, and they contacted us for Jana’s photos in the Texas wildflowers.
So You’re EnGAYged is an awesome national resource for same-sex and allied couples. We were really excited when they wanted to feature the very first same-sex engagement shoot we did with Jackie and Sarah!

Charene and Vinu had both an amazing Western ceremony at the W Hotel as well as a beautiful and ornate Indian ceremony at the DFW Hindu Temple the previous day.
Charene looks like royalty!

There was a nadaswaram, which is a really unique and symbolic instrument in Hindu ceremonies
Afterward, lunch was at Flavors Indian Restaurant in Addison

This was such an awesome wedding for us to photograph. It was the first time ever a wedding was held on the W Hotel’s 33rd floor Ghostbar terrace!

The rain and thunder started right when Charene’s mom was being escorted down the aisle. Her expression, we later found out,
is due to her spiritual connection with thunder at many of her important life events

Charene’s sister is a photographer in Florida, and Charene looked to her for help finding her wedding photographer last year.
We are so happy we made the cut!
