Jen is a talented makeup artist in Dallas (you may recognize her blue locks from Autumn and Chris’s Wedding in Natchitoches), and she asked us to capture some memories of her pup Sasha. Though you’d never know from seeing her energy and spirit in person, Sasha was recently diagnosed with cancer. Jen’s dad, one of Sasha’s very best friends, came to visit as well.

Connersville, Indiana? Amber and I have been looking forward to shooting my sister’s wedding for the last year. Connersville is a pretty neat old Midwestern town, with a pace 1/1000th of Dallas, and a ton of history that the locals are eager to share. It’s rural Indiana, so the town is surrounded by beautiful farmland, like Tyson’s family farm where the ceremony was held under perfect weather. The reception followed at the Elks Club, which is the finest establishment in town!
